The Brixham Buccaneers' cd Brixham Buccaneers have
started to record a cd of songs and already have a demo of 4 songs.
The first track is "Brixham Buccaneers", a rousing song
written by yours truly - No Eyes Ron

The second track is "Gut Out Lil" - another original song, sung beautifully
by our own Gut Out Lil - Daphne Wilson. and written by Dave - a very talented friend of Daphne.
The third track
is the ever popular "drunken sailor" with Daphne leading and a harpsichord sound accompaniment
Lastly
we have Danny Sterling's tuneful interpretation of the popular "Wild Rover"
All tracks were rehearsed
and recorded at our Social Club get togethers at the Beacon of Light in Mount Pleasant Road on Thursday afternoons.
We have more tracks we would like to record, why not come along and join us, we meet at 2pm, all are welcome!
Although the cv's of the Brixham Buccaneers
can be found on the website -see www.brixhambuccaneers.co.uk - some songs shed new light on the characters. For instance David's alter ego "No Eyes Ron" appears
to be a talented song and dance man! He also is apparently hopelessly in love !
Anyone interested in joining the Buccaneer Barbershop Singers
or the Buccaneer Sea Shanty Singers are especially welcome to come along to add vocal support.
